On August 10, 2024, an Israeli airstrike hit the Al-Taba'een school in Gaza City during dawn prayers, killing over 100 people, including women and children, and injuring many others. The school was being used as a shelter for approximately 6,000 displaced Palestinians. The missiles struck without warning, causing massive destruction and leaving many bodies unrecognizable. This attack is one of the deadliest incidents in the ongoing war, which has resulted in thousands of civilian casualties. The United Nations reported that 477 out of 564 schools in Gaza have been damaged during the war. International leaders have condemned the attack, calling for immediate intervention to protect civilians and end the violence.

"Cry, cry, I want to kill you now"" [Original post] We had a little girl with us (3-year-old) and she started crying. He (the settler) took his rifle, pointed it at her head and said to her: "Cry, cry, I want to kill you now"" Gharda al-Ja'er, her three sisters and her three year-old girl, are Palestinian-Bedouin citizens of Israel, residing in the town of Rahat in the Negev. Yesterday they were on their way to Nablus when they took a wrong turn, and accidently arrived at the Judeo-Nazi outpost of Giv'at Ronen, near Burin. When they asked a settler for directions, he set them a trap and sent them inside the settlement. They were then attacked by at least 15 terrorist settlers, some armed, who didn't let them leave the outpost, threatened they'd kill them, broke their car windows, beat them up, threw rocks and sprayed tear gas at them. Their car was then torched, but luckily they managed to escape, wounded and scared. They called the police, who promised to arrive quickly, but of course they didn't. It took them quite some time to arrive. No arrests were made. "Luckily" for them, they are Israeli citizens, so the incident made it to the news, and Gharda got to tell her story, in broken Hebrew, on Kan Reshet Bet radio station. If they were Palestinians from the West Bank, no one would even mention it on the news nor give them any platform to speak. But even though they are "Israelis", there's a zero chance someone will pay any price for the attempt to lynch them. In other interviews Gharda added "We prayed, we thought we won't make it back home" and mentioned she's having nightmares and that her little child haven't spoken since the incident. The settlers attempted to burn them alive inside their car, but the victims managed to escape on foot with injuries. Despite claims by Israeli occupation authorities that an investigation is underway, no arrest warrants have been issued. Gharda al Ja'er tell her story, in broken Hebrew, on Kan Reshet Bet radio station. Settlers have tried to kill her and his 3-year-old daugther, by setting the fire on her car. In a devastating early morning attack, over 100 civilians were killed and dozens more injured following an Israeli airstrike on the At-Tabe'een School in the Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City.
