Muhammad was not an ordinary child... It was the result of 15 years of waiting, suffering, and moving between countries for transplant operations and the realization of a long-awaited dream. But the dream was not complete... The Israeli war machine assassinated him mercilessly, and it also assassinated the joy of a father and mother who had waited a whole lifetime to embrace this child.

Dr. Alaa al-Najjar, a paediatrician at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, in southern #Gaza Strip, lost nine of her ten children in a murderous #Israeli airstrike on May 23, 2025: Yahya (12), Rakan (10), Raslan (7), Jubran (8), Eve (9), Reval (5), Sadeen (3), Luqman (2), and Sidra (under 1). Her husband, Dr. Hamdi al-Najjar, was critically injured in the same attack and later martyred. Only Adam, 11-year-old, survived with serious injuries and remains hospitalized. The strike hit their home just after Hamdi dropped Alaa off for her hospital shift. At work, she had to identify her children by the remnants of their burned bodies. Despite it all, she returned to care for her son and husband. The criminal #Israeli military said it was "reviewing claims of civilian casualties", a phrase repeated after each bombing of #Gaza’s doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

He said they thought the distribution would be orderly, but #Israeli snipers began firing on the starving crowd. She had gone out for the sake of her children and never returned. The murderous #Israeli occupation’s attack that day left 27 dead and over 90 injured, all of them unarmed and starving. In just eight days, the #Israeli assassins army has killed 102 #Palestinians and wounded 490 more while they were simply trying to survive on scraps of food.
