According to a report by Israeli newspaper Haaretz, an internal investigation by the Israeli military has revealed details surrounding the murder of 19-year-old Palestinian girl Rahaf Al-Ashqar in the Nour Shams refugee camp. The investigation found that Israeli forces had placed an explosive device at the entrance of a residential building to blow open the door for a raid. However, the occupants of the building were not informed about the presence of the device or the impending detonation.
