Rami Abu Mustafa, an individual with mental disabilities, was arrested for several months from the city of Khan Younis. He was released by the Israeli forces having lost his eyesight, experienced brain hemorrhages, as well as having his spleen and colon removed against his will. He is currently in critical condition.
