Specifically, a bomb was dropped on the southern building of the school, penetrating from the second floor to a classroom at ground floor level. Most, if not all, the people sheltering inside the school were injured victims transfered here from Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital to recover, according to a witness. That same night, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Mosque, located inside near the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital compound, was attacked. Journalist Abdallah Alattar and vlogger Saleh Al-Jafarawi were documenting the attack when a second explosion happened meters away from them.
