It's a complxe of large buildings. These are all residential towers, capable of housing roughly 100,000 souls. Block 36 was one of the most important in the concentration area in Gaza strip, as there is a severe shortage of housing and even space to set up tents. With the Hamad Towers excluded, people became a lot more concentrated, more than the size of the block would suggest.
