November 19-21 Targets: Civilians and Homes: Soldiers stormed homes, positioning snipers inside and using residents, including women, as human shields. Civilians confined indoors during the operation; schools suspended for two days. Infrastructure: Bulldozers destroyed streets and primary electricity sources, leading to a complete city-wide power outage. Massive damage to civilian infrastructure, including homes and public facilities.
